MOON PHASE & TIDES

Ulua fishing largely depends on moon and tide factors....i was wondering if anyone has noticed if this effects daytime whipping? and when have you noticed being the better times?

i started keeping track of heavy rain above my favorite spot and am still collecting data to see how that effect action if any...also my father in law is a boat fisherman and was saying how everything out there is hungry after the full moon or something like that...idk better ask him again.
