Most of you already know this, but those who don't read on. The importance of sticky sharp hooks is key. Check sharpness by seeing and feeling if points readily catch on thumb nail. If they don't it's time to sharpen. You wouldn't believe how many fisherman use dull hooks and wonder why they get strikes but not the hookups. m
